Ningxia Yipin Biological Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Yang, Yongning County, Ningxia City. To control dust pollution, the company’s self-owned power plant coal yard has already set up windbreak and dust suppression walls around the perimeter. In recent years, with the implementation of the national campaign for blue skies, environmental protection departments have demanded full enclosure transformation of the coal yard. Demolishing the existing windbreak and dust suppression walls would result in significant waste. Our company has adopted a design for fully enclosed coal shed transformation while retaining the original windbreak and dust suppression walls, which has obtained national patents. The transformed fully enclosed coal shed is 230 meters long from east to west, 80 meters wide from north to south, and 28 meters high. Installation is conducted using double-layer curved truss and hydraulic lifting method, resulting in minimal steel usage, aesthetically pleasing appearance, and cost savings. The project was put into use in June 2017, meeting the environmental requirements of creating “clear water and blue skies” and receiving unanimous praise from the owner!
