The newly constructed Mudanjiang to Jiamusi Passenger Dedicated Line is located in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province, running from north to south with a total length of 376 kilometers and a design speed of 250 km/h. It is also a key construction project under China’s 13th Five-Year Plan. As an integral part of the national high-speed railway network, the completion and operation of the Mujia High-Speed Railway will significantly expand the coverage of the Northeast High-Speed Railway Network. It will form a rapid railway loop in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province, along with the Harbin-Mudanjiang High-Speed Railway and the Harbin-Jiamusi Railway, acting as a new engine for regional economic development.

The railway passes through Mudanjiang, Jixi, Qitaihe, Jiamusi, and Shuangyashan, including schools, hospitals, residential areas, and several important and sensitive ecological protection areas such as Qixingfeng National Forest Park, Qixingfeng Provincial Geological Park, Qixinglazi Northeast Tiger Nature Reserve, and Jiulonggou Nature Reserve.

From 2019 to 2020, our company undertook the construction of 6.7 kilometers of sound barriers for the Mujia High-Speed Railway. After the completion of the sound barrier project, the newly constructed railway’s outer track center at 30 meters met the revised standards specified in the “Railway Boundary Noise Limits and Measurement Methods” (GB12525-90), with daytime limits of 70 dBA and nighttime limits of 60 dBA. This significantly improved the environmental quality of sensitive areas along the railway.
