The Chenggui Railway section from Leshan to Guiyang starts in Leshan, Sichuan Province, and extends eastward through Qianwei County, Yibin City, Changning County, and Xingwen County in Sichuan Province; Weixin County and Zhenxiong County in Yunnan Province; and Bijie City, Dafang County, and Qianxi County in Guizhou Province, ending in Guiyang. This passenger dedicated line features double tracks and electric traction, with a total length of 515.02 kilometers and a designed speed of 250 km/h. The railway includes 17 stations in total.

The Chenggui Railway is a crucial part of the Lanzhou-Guangzhou Corridor, one of the “Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal” high-speed railway main corridors outlined in the national mid-to-long-term railway network plan. It connects with the Chengdu-Xi’an High-Speed Railway in Chengdu and the Guiyang-Guangzhou High-Speed Railway and Shanghai-Kunming High-Speed Railway in Guiyang. This railway plays a significant role in accelerating urban agglomeration development and economic and social progress in Sichuan and Guizhou Provinces, as well as in promoting the Western Development Strategy.

From 2017 to 2019, our company undertook the construction of 26 kilometers of sound barriers in Sichuan, Yunnan, and Guizhou. Upon completion, the sound barrier project ensured that the newly constructed railway’s outer track center at 30 meters met the revised standards specified in “Railway Boundary Noise Limits and Measurement Methods” (GB12525-90), with daytime limits of 70 dBA and nighttime limits of 60 dBA. This significantly improved the environmental quality of sensitive areas along the railway
