The Atalay Thermal Power Plant is located in southern Turkey, on the western coast of the Mediterranean Sea, with a installed capacity of two 600MW supercritical domestic units. During operation and storage, the coal yard generates dust on windy days, which not only pollutes the environment but also results in material loss. The project employs wind control and dust suppression technology-windbreak dust suppression walls. When strong winds pass through these walls, they create interfering airflows behind the walls, reducing wind speed significantly and thereby reducing the dust-carrying capacity of the wind. After completion, the dust suppression effect is significant.
